CitedByAI uses artificial intelligence to generate content.
Important Disclaimer
- Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI systems can produce incorrect, misleading, or offensive information ("Hallucinations"). We do not guarantee the accuracy of any content generated by the Service.
- No Professional Advice: The Service is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, or professional advice. You should always verify AI-generated information independently.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment & Refunds (Stripe)
- Subscription: The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused service.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Reverse engineer the application or attempt to scrape our data.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the input you provide to the Service.
- Our IP: The software, design, and logo of CitedByAI are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CitedByAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
